This is a traditional Japanese fish cake made of fresh fish meat which has been kneaded,seasoned and then fried. The name “Satsuma” is taken from the old name of Kagoshima and so the original Kagoshima Satsumaage is the most popular “Age”throughout Japan.There are some other kinds of Satsumaage into which carrots,burdocks and other vegetables are kneaded. To cook Satsumaage,you have only to heat the pack for 5min or unpack and fry the Age in a pan for a few minutes. (Ingredients:fish meat,starch,sugar,sweet sake,salt,seasoning)

Smoked thoroughly with cherry tree chips,Japan’s national tree, Sakurajima Kun-en will give you elegant flavor and refined taste.
